Udruga Ovdje i Sada “Voi’Sa” je Organizator glazbenog festivala koji se održava od 30. srpnja do 02. kolovoza 2015. godine u Splitu (u daljnjem tekstu Organizator). Rezervacija i prodaja ulaznica za festival vrši se putem ovog online shopa. Ulaznica je predmet, informacija ili digitalno dobro koja omogućava ulaz na događanje za koje je kupljena u kanalima prodaje u ponudi. Voi’Sa jamči sigurnost sustava i valjanost ulaznica kupljenih isključivo kroz službene kanale prodaje oglašene na našim Internet stranicama. Sve vrste ulaznica koje Voi’Sa nudi se koriste na način da prva osoba koja ulaznicu iskoristi ima mogućnost ulaza, osim ako se ne radi o personaliziranim ulaznicama koje su povezane sa imenom i prezimenom pojedinog kupca, kada kupac u svakom trenutku može potvrditi svoj identitet uvidom u javnu ispravu.
Kanali prodaje za festival su ova Internet trgovina i blagajne na mjestu događanja. Ovisno o potrebama Organizatora, ulaznice se mogu prodavati i van naznačenih kanala prodaje. Organizator zadržava pravo promjene programa i naknadne izmjene cijene ulaznice.
Korištenje ulaznice
Kupovinom ulaznice posjetitelj događanja prihvaća uvjete korištenja ulaznice kao i pravila ponašanja na mjestu održavanja događanja koje određuje Voi’Sa. Kupovinom ulaznice kupac, odnosno posjetitelj, bezuvjetno prihvaća i sljedeće: povrat i zamjena ulaznice nakon kupnje nije moguć; napuštanjem mjesta događanja ulaznica prestaje važiti ukoliko Organizator nije odredio drugačije; zbog nepoštivanja pravila ponašanja i zloupotrebe ulaznice posjetitelj može biti udaljen sa mjesta događanja bez prava na bilo kakvu naknadu; kupac ne smije presavijati, gužvati, računalno manipulirati ili na bilo koji drugi način mijenjati ulaznice otisnute na papiru ili distribuirane elektronskim putem na način da se ošteti ili izmijeni linearni ili 2D kod za automatsku provjeru ispravnosti ulaznice koji se nalazi na ulaznici; Voi’Sa nije odgovoran za probleme nastale uslijed oštećenja i izmjene linearnog i 2D koda i/ili drugih mehaničkih oštećenja ulaznice nakon kupovine; kupac je do trenutka ulaza na događaj ulaznice dužan čuvati na sigurnom mjestu i posebno ih čuvati od neovlaštenog kopiranja; Voi’Sa nije odgovoran za štetu nastalu gubitkom, krađom, krivotvorenjem i neovlaštenim kopiranjem ulaznice – svaka istovjetna kopija ulaznice, bilo da je otisnuta na papiru ili je distribuirana elektronskim putem je pravovaljana tako da će ulaz na događaj biti omogućen isključivo prvoj osobi koja ulaznicu iskoristi, a naknadne reklamacije nisu moguće.
Povrat ulaznice i novčana nadoknada
Jednom kupljenu ulaznicu nije moguće vratiti. Sve narudžbe i kupovine ulaznica putem Interneta su obvezujuće te ne mogu biti otkazane ili naknadno izmijenjene. U slučaju otkazivanja ili promjene rasporeda ili/i u slučaju prekida festivala zbog nevremena, izdanu ulaznicu je moguće: zamijeniti ulaznicom za drugi dan festivala po izboru kupca ili prigodnim poklonom Voi’Sa-a ili zatražiti povrat novca. Ulaznice je moguće zamijeniti na festivalskoj blagajni, uz predočenje ulaznice za neodržan festivalski dan. Povrat novca zbog otkazivanja ili promjene rasporeda ili/i u slučaju prekida zbog nevremena se vrši isključivo sredstvom plaćanja kojim je obavljena kupnja ulaznice (u slučaju plaćanja karticom na karticu kojom je kupljena ulaznica).
Reklamacije i korisnička podrška
Sve reklamacije, pritužbe na uslugu i pitanja od strane kupaca potrebno je uputiti na email adresu voisa.festival@gmail.com. Reklamacije nije moguće predati putem telefona.
Ostali uvjeti korištenja ulaznice
Posjetitelj događaja pristaje da kao dio publike bude sniman zvučno i slikovno bez ograničenja. Na događaj je zabranjeno unošenje opreme za snimanje zvuka i slike kao i pića, hrane, boca, limenki, oružja, pirotehničkih sredstava i bilo kojih drugih predmeta koji mogu ugroziti sigurnost posjetitelja ili su zabranjeni od strane organizatora događaja.
Načini dostave
Ulaznice se dostavljaju kupcu putem e-maila na adresu koja je upisana kod kupnje. Voi’Sa ne odgovara za štetu nastalu krivim upisivanjem e-mail adrese ili zbog nemogućnosti isporuke ulaznice uzrokovane tehničkim problemima sa strane davatelja e-mail usluge. Jednom kada ste elektroničku ulaznicu uspješno pohranili na svoje računalo, ispišite je na standardnom listu papira. Uz ulaznicu ćete dobiti i račun. Molimo vas da ulaznicu ne izrezujete pošto ulaznica vrijedi isključivo ako je list papira na kojem je ulaznica ispisana neoštećen. Ulaznicu čuvajte na sigurnom mjestu do dana događanja za kojeg ulaznica vrijedi jer se ulaz na događanje omogućava isključivo prvoj osobi koja kopiju ulaznice iskoristi. Prilikom dolaska na mjesto događanja ulaznicu koristite na isti način kao i tradicionalnu tiskanu ulaznicu ili slijedite upute organizatora.
Načini plaćanja
Ukoliko su nužne, sve naknade koje su u vezi sa načinom plaćanja ispisane su na ulaznici.
Gotovinom na prodajnom mjestu i blagajni
Prodajna mjesta u Splitu su dućani Optike M, u SUpetru Putnička agencija Idi i Vidi i Turistička zajednica Supetar.
Gotovinom možete plaćati isključivo na blagajni festivala.
Kreditnom karticom na blagajni ili prodajnom mjestu
Plaćanje kreditnom karticom omogućeno je na blagajni festivala i u putničkoj agenciji Idi i Vidi.
Kreditnom karticom u webshopu
Za sve festivalske dane u našoj Internet trgovini moguće je kupovati ulaznice kreditnim karticama. Za plaćanje u našoj Internet trgovini koristimo Wirecard checkout funkcionalnost. Wirecard osigurava potpunu tajnost vaših kartičnih podataka već od trenutka kada ih upišete u Wirecard platni formular. Platni podaci prosljeđuju se šifrirano od vašeg web preglednika do banke koja je izdala karticu. Naša trgovina nikada ne dolazi u kontakt s cjelovitim podacima o vašoj platnoj kartici. Također, podaci su nedostupni čak i djelatnicima Wirecard sustava. Izolirana jezgra samostalno prenosi i upravlja osjetljivim podacima, čuvajući ih pritom potpuno sigurnima. Formular za upis platnih podataka osiguran je SSL transportnom šifrom najveće pouzdanosti. Wirecard zadovoljava sve zahtjeve vezane uz sigurnost on-line plaćanja propisane od strane vodećih kartičnih brandova, odnosno posluje sukladno normi – PCI DSS Level 1 – najviši sigurnosni standard industrije platnih kartica. Wirecard sve prikupljene informacije smatra bankovnom tajnom i tretira ih u skladu s tim. Informacije se koriste isključivo u svrhe za koje su namijenjene. Vaši osjetljivi podaci u potpunosti su sigurni, a njihova privatnost zajamčena je najmodernijim zaštitnim mehanizmima. Prikupljaju se samo podaci nužni za obavljanje posla sukladno propisanim zahtjevnim procedurama za on-line plaćanje. Uz to održavanjem stroge kontrole pristupa, redovitim praćenjem sigurnosti i dubinskim provjerama za sprječavanje ranjivosti mreže te planskim provođenjem odredbi o informacijskoj sigurnosti trajno održavaju i unapređuju stupanj sigurnosti sustava zaštitom vaših kartičnih podataka.
Izjava o konverziji
Sva plaćanja će se vršiti u hrvatskoj valuti (Kuna). Za kupce iz inozemstva prilikom terećenja vaše kreditne kartice, iznos u kunama prikazan na Internet trgovini će se konvertirati u vašu lokalnu valutu prema tečajnoj listi udruge kartičarskih kuća. Kao rezultat ove konverzije postoji mogućnost male razlike između originalne cijene prikazane na našoj Internet trgovini.
Zaštita osobnih podataka
Vaši osobni podaci su zaštićeni te neće biti dani na uvid trećim osobama. Vaši osobni podaci čuvaju se samo kako bi se olakšao proces narudžbi.

Organizator koristi vašu e-mail adresu samo za postupak naručivanja ulaznica, osim ako sami ne odlučite da želite primati i newsletter. Otkazivanja, odgađanja i ostale važne obavijesti o događajima proslijedit ćemo vam e-mailom. Nadalje, obavijestit ćemo vas o važnim poboljšanjima naše Internet stranice / webshopa / postupka kupovine. U svakom slučaju, Organizator ne šalje neželjene reklamne poruke putem e-maila.

Naš online servis podrazumijeva sporazumno korištenje i čuvanja vaših podataka. Sve izmjene u našem poslovanju, koje se odnose na privatnost i zaštitu podataka, bit će objavljene na našoj Internet stranici.
Terms and Conditions
Udruga Ovdje i Sada is the organizer of the music festival Voi’Sa, which takes place from July 30th to 1st of August 1th 2015 in Supetar (the Organizer). Reservations and ticket sales for the festival is done through the online shop. Ticket is an object, information or digital good that allows entrance to the event for which it is purchased. Voi’Sa guarantees system security and validity of tickets purchased only through official sales channels posted on our website. All types of tickets that Voi’Sa offers are used in a way that the first person who uses the ticket is allowed to enter the event, unless the ticket is personalized i.e. associated with the first and last name of each customer. In that case the organizer can verify your identity by examining the official ID card or passport at any time during or before the event.
Sales channels for the festival are the Internet shop and cash register at Venue. Depending on the needs of the Organizer, tickets can be sold outside the designated sales channels. The organizer reserves the right to change the program and any subsequent updates of the price of admission.
Using the Ticket
By purchasing a ticket the visitor accepts this terms of use as well as rules of conduct on the site of the event as determined by Voi’Sa . By purchasing the ticket buyer or visitor, unconditionally accepts the following: the return and replacement of tickets after the purchase is not possible; by leaving the event ticket ceases to be valid unless otherwise determined by Organizer; due to non-compliance with the code of conduct and abuse of visitor tickets, a visitor can be expelled from the event without the right to any compensation; customer must not fold, crease, computer manipulated or otherwise alter tickets printed on paper or distributed electronically in a way that damages or alters a linear or 2D code for automatic verification of the ticket validity; Voi’Sa is not responsible for problems occurring due to damage and changes linear and 2D code and / or other mechanical damage on the ticket after the purchase; the buyer shall keep the tickets in a safe place and especially keep them from unauthorized copying until the moment of entrance; Voi’Sa is not responsible for damage caused by loss, theft, forgery and unauthorized copying of tickets. Each identical copy of the ticket, whether printed on paper or distributed electronically is valid so that the entrance to the event will be provided exclusively to the first person to use the ticket, and subsequent complaints are not possible. In case of delay in the projection Organizer can not guarantee that seating position will not be taken.
Returns and cash compensation
Purchased tickets can not be returned. All orders and purchased tickets via the Internet are binding and can not be canceled or modified later. In the event of cancellation or changes in schedules or/and in case of the bad weather, a ticket can be: exchanged with a ticket for another festival's day of the customer’s choice, or with the appropriate Voi’Sa's gift, or customer can request a refund. Tickets can be exchanged at the festival box office, by presenting tickets for the canceled festival's day. Refunds for cancellations or changes in projection schedule or/and in case of the bad weather will be done only by means of payment which was used for the original purchase (in case of card payment refund will be done to a card which was used to purchase a ticket).
Complaints and Customer Service
All the complaints, complaints about the service and questions by customers should be made to the email voisa.festival@gmail.com. Complaints can not be handed over by phone.
Other Terms and Conditions
The event visitor agrees that he can be filmed or recorded as part of the audience without restrictions. It is forbidden to bring the equipment to record sound and images as well as beverages, food, bottles, cans, weapons, pyrotechnical devices, and any other items that may endanger the safety of visitors or are prohibited by the organizers of the event.
Shipping methods
Tickets are delivered to the customer via e-mail to the address entered during the purchase process. Voi’Sa is not liable for damage caused by entering the wrong e-mail address or the inability to deliver the tickets caused by technical problems with the customer’s e-mail services. Once you have an electronic ticket stored successfully on your computer, print it on a standard sheet of paper. With the ticket you will get the bill. Please do not crop ticket because the ticket is valid only if the sheet of paper on which the ticket was printed is intact. Store ticket in a safe place until the day of event for which the ticket is purchased because the admittance to the event is given exclusively to the first person who shows a copy of the ticket. On arrival at the venue, e-ticket is used in the same way as a traditional printed ticket or otherwise as instructed by the organizers.
Payment methods
All fees related to the payments are printed on the ticket.
Cash at the point of sale and cash register
You can purchase tickets with cash at tree stores Optika M at Split, Tourist Board Supetard and Travel agency Idi i Vidi at Supetar, also at the entry of festival beach.
Credit card at the cash register or point of sale
Payment by credit card is possible at travel agency Idi i Vidi and on the festival location.
Credit card in the webshop
It is possible to buy tickets for all the screenings in our internet shop, by credit card. Payment in our internet shop use Wirecard payment gateway. Wirecard provides complete confidentiality of your credit card data from the moment they are entered in the payment form. Payment data is transmitted encrypted from your browser to the bank that issued the card. We never come in contact with the complete data of your payment card. Isolated core independently carries and manages sensitive data, while keeping them completely safe. Form for entry of payment data is SSL secured for maximum reliability. Wirecard meets all requirements for security of online payments stipulated by the leading card brands, and operates in compliance with standard – PCI DSS Level 1 – the highest security standard of the Payment Card Industry. Wirecard considers all collected information as a banking secret and treats them accordingly. The information is used solely for the purposes for which it is intended. Your sensitive data is completely safe, and their privacy is guaranteed by the most modern safeguards. Only data necessary to perform the work in accordance with the prescribed procedures is demanded for online payment. Security controls and operating procedures applied at the infrastructure ensure the reliability of the current system of Wirecard. In addition, Wirecard maintains strict access control and regular monitoring of security to prevent network vulnerabilities maintain and improve the level of system security protection of your credit card data.
Conversion statement
All payments will be done in Croatian currency (Kuna). For customers from abroad, when charging your credit card, the amount in Kuna shown on an online shop will be converted to your local currency at the exchange rate of the bank who issued the credit card. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our internet shop.
Protection of personal data
Your personal information is protected and will not be given to third parties. Your data is only to facilitate the process of order.
Cookies
Cookies are information stored on your computer, which extend the functionality of AgentCASH portal. In the default setting, your computer accepts cookies, and if you want to turn off, you will no longer be available for functions like single click and personalized homepage. AgentCASH does not use cookies to store personal information, so your privacy is guaranteed.
Organizer uses your e-mail address only for the ordering process unless you choose to want to receive the newsletter. Cancellations, delays and other important notices will be forwarded to you by e-mail. Furthermore, we will notify you about important improvements to our website / webshop / buying process. In any event, the organizer does not send unsolicited advertising messages via e-mail.
Agreement
Our online service constitutes an agreement with the use and storage of your information. Any changes in our business, relating to privacy and data protection, will be posted on our website.
