- For a guided tour or one of our activities with the guide or instructor, we require a deposit to avoid a no-show scenario. You can pay the rest on the spot with us when you start your tour or activity.
- Cancellation policy: If by chance the weather isn't suitable for your activity (tour), we'll inform you by email one or two days in advance so that you can change or cancel your booking free of charge. You can also change or cancel your booking up to 1 day before your activity and we'll refund your deposit. In case of later cancellation or no-show we'll keep your deposit.
